Felice Hill, Instructional Coach at Little Lake Elementary, has been selected as the Faculty Focus Friday employee for elementary schools. Mrs. Hill’s hard work and dedication have made a tremendous impact this year at Little Lake. Among the many things she has accomplished this year, she has provided one-on-one support for teachers, created a guided reading library, and worked collaboratively to plan and deliver professional development. Mrs. Hill has achieved all this while subbing in classrooms several days a week and filling in as an admin designee. No matter what she is doing, she keeps a positive attitude, continually offering words of encouragement to students and staff, even when she is faced with challenges herself. Her invaluable knowledge, innovative thinking, and compassionate approach are making a difference every day. We are so fortunate to have Mrs. Hill as part of our Little Lake family.
