Chromebook and Material Distribution for Online Learning
We are excited to distribute Chromebooks and Materials to our students for Online Learning!
We will distribute items these dates and times:
- Last Name A-F: Tuesday, August 11, 8:00-2:00
- Last Name G-M: Wednesday, August 12, 8:00-2:00
- Last Name N-Z: Thursday, August 13, 8:00-2:00
- Make-Up Day: Friday, August 14, 8:00-2:00
More than one last name in your family? Choose one day!
Step 1: Complete Data Validation at Home Complete Data Validation and consent to electronic equipment check out on Student Mobile Device Agreement through AERIES Parent Portal. You will not receive materials unless you complete this step.
Step 2: Pick up materials in the parking lot loop off Meridian on your assigned day (see above). An adult listed on the Emergency Card must be present and have an ID. You will also receive Teacher Assignments. Students need not be present.
Pick up Process: Please stay in your vehicle. Masks must be worn. Pull forward to the pickup point, and staff will be ready to assist you.
Students will be receiving: a Chromebook, login information, curricular materials, some supplies, classroom assignment.
Do you have internet access at home? If not, we encourage you to use one of the low-cost options found here
If these options are out of your reach, we understand. The district can provide hotspots for student use. The advantage of having your own internet connection is that hotspots will be restricted to district resources, whereas with your own internet, the whole family can use it.
